James and I noticed two days ago while holding him in the sunlight that he had a pie-shaped brown streak in one eye! His eyes have been dark blue since birth, but this is the first brown we've seen. I thought they would just gradually turn from blue to bluish-brown to brown (if they were going to change)...so this was pretty cool!
I'll try to keep track of the progress & if we notice any more changes...

I was looking for info on changing eye color as mine are going from brown to green and now almost al dark blue between ages 48 and 51.
Your post caught my eye because my youngest of 4, a son, had an abrupt change of eye color around age 3. He'd had dark blue eyes and they changed almost over night to brown.That was 20 years ago and my pediatrician at the time just blew it off, Jack is 23 now and on the Dean's list so I guess it did no harm.----Janet
